Chapter 1 is catch-up for all the math you need but probably don't know yet.

1.1 Vector Algebra

This covers how vectors behave.

1.2 Differential Calculus

This covers how derivatives are done in multiple dimensions.

1.3 Integral Calculus

This covers how integrals are done in multiple dimensions.

1.4 Curvilinear Coordinates

Oftentimes, problems can be solved by looking at them in a different coordinate system. This is often spherical or cylindrical coordinate systems.

1.5 The Dirac Delta Function

This naughty function is actually really useful.

1.6 The Theory of Vector Fields

As you learn about Electrodynamics, you will begin to see that it's better to look at fields rather than forces.
