ㅂ 불규칙

These are verbs and adjectives that follow the ㅂ irregular rule.

The ㅂ rule is very simple. Look at the final vowel, right before the ㅂ. If it is ㅏ, then replace the ㅂ with an ㅗ. Otherwise, use an ㅜ.

Here's a few examples:

1. 뜨겁다 + 었다 = 뜨거웠다
2. 돕다 + 어 = 도와
