Future Tense

Future Tense manifests itself in a number of ways.

어미 (Verb endings)

• 겠다
• ㄹ, 을 (관형사형 전성 어미)

You can add 것 + 이다 to ㄹ, 을 to create a future tense.

Meaning

The meaning of future tense is either one of these:

• Common knowledge or conjecture: the fact is uncertain
• Intent or natural result

All of these really share one common feature: They are uncertain. No one knows for sure what things are or what will come.
