Introduction
This is an index of some scriptures that I've meticulously translated, with an explanation of everything you see.

I'm going to attempt a reader of the Book of Mormon.
General Hints
If you really want to understand the scriptures in Korean, the way Koreans see them, follow this pattern.
- Read the scriptures, meticulously pronouncing it. One, you get good at reading. Two, you get good at pronouncing. Three, you will familiarize yourself with the language and identify patterns.
- Begin identifying words. That is, see individual words and begin to see how they dance into different forms, whether it's attaching subject or object markers, or whether it's seeing the same verb in a variety of different ways.
- Begin identifying phrases. I doubt there are any complete sentences in the Korean scriptures that are simple enough you can understand it in the beginning. Besides, unlike in English, Koreans don't live and breath sentences. They live and breathe phrases which happen to come to an end.
- Put phrases in their proper order. You're going to have to start figuring out which phrases the "and" glues together, which verbs the various markers go with, and so on. If it helps, just like you do in algebra, start with the highest priority operations (verb endings), and work to the left.
Let me give you hint on finding how phrases go together. Let's take Moroni 10:4:
- 또 너희가 이 기록을 받거든, 내가 너희를 권면하거니와, 너희는 혹 이 기록이 참되지 아니한지 그리스도의 이름으로 영원하신 하나님 아버지께 간구하여 보라. 너희가 만일 그리스도를 믿는 신앙을 가지고, 진정한 의도를 지니며, 진실한 마음으로 간구할진대, 그는 성신의 권능으로 너희에게 이것의 참됨을 드러내어 주시리라.
First, identify the verbs. This should be pretty easy since their endings are common. I've highlighted the verbs in yellow.
- 또 너희가 이 기록을 받거든, 내가 너희를 권면하거니와, 너희는 혹 이 기록이 참되지 아니한지 그리스도의 이름으로 영원하신 하나님 아버지께 간구하여 보라. 너희가 만일 그리스도를 믿는 신앙을 가지고, 진정한 의도를 지니며, 진실한 마음으로 간구할진대, 그는 성신의 권능으로 너희에게 이것의 참됨을 드러내어 주시리라.
Now, every verb needs its parts of speech. Let's identify the innermost verbs as a whole. I'm putting in parentheses to demarcate the innermost groups. Keep in mind that 는 doesn't bind very tightly, but 이/가 do, and these act as the left-most boundary for sentences. Also, some verbs, particularly the adjectives, simply cannot accept some parts of speech. "그리스도의 이름으로 영원하다" really doesn't make much sense. Maybe "그리스도의 이름으로 영원하게 되다", because that is an action that can be done through the name of Christ, but not "영원하다".

Now, we start building out, using these complete sentences as if they were simply nouns or whatever.
