VS + (ㄴ/는)다

Verb Stem + (ㄴ/는)다 is the 한다 체 final ending for statements. It comes in three forms:

• Adjective verb stem + 다:
  • 예쁘다 -> 예쁘다
  • 밝다 -> 밝다
• Verb with vowel ending + ㄴ다
  • 가다 -> 간다
  • 부르다 -> 부른다
• Verb with consonant ending + 는다
  • 봅다 -> 봅는다
  • 읽다 -> 읽는다
