동사

명 Action verb, as opposed to an adjective verb (형용사).
Along with 형용사, 동사 compose the entirety of all 용언.
These follow similar rules for combining endings and modifying, but there are subtle and very important differences.
Among the 동사, the following categories exist:
- 자동사: Intransitive verbs
- 타동사: Transitive verbs
- 피동사: Passive verbs
- 사동사: Causative verbs
- 보조 동사: Helping verbs
