면 (good future verb)

While this can be interpreted literally to a good effect ("If this, then good."), it is a very common idiom that should usually be translated as "should."
The verbs you can use for the good verb include anything with a positive connotation.
The verb can be added as "so (these good things happen)" can be added if there is some detail in what the good result is.
Note that if the good verb is in the present tense, then this isn't "should", but more a statement of fact closer to its literal meaning, without any sense of doubt or uncertainty. IE, "공부하면 좋다." → "It is good to study/If you
